Information on data processing:

• The data controller is VIDIS S.A.
• Data will be processed for the purpose of registration and account management in the Avtek Support Center and the provision of technical support services (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR).
• Data may be transferred to entities supporting the Administrator in the field of IT service and technical support, solely on the basis of entrustment agreements.
• Data will be stored for the period of using the account in the Avtek Support Center, and after its deletion — for the time necessary to fulfill legal obligations or defend claims.
• The user has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, transfer data, and the right to object.
• The user may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
• In case of violation of GDPR regulations, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
